Hi! We’re SORT Lismore and we’re a not-for-profit who take donations from the public of old and unwanted eWaste, refurbishing them for sale in our store ($100-$300 depending on the specs of desktop or laptop), or donate them to local charities as we did last year for our "100 Computers for Lismore Kids" campaign. We teach "Work for the Dole" participants new computer and recycling skills, and get involved with the community to minimise landfill waste.
Right now we need donations more than ever in order to remain open. If you or somebody you know is in need of a spring clean, we can accept:
* Windows PCs
* Laptops
* LCD monitors (not CRT)
* Keyboards
* Mice
& the associated cords/chargers.
